Community

Bridgeport is a growing community that still has its small-town appeal and rich historical fabric. Several community events are hosted each year by area organizations. Those events are listed below.

A post office was later established near the bridge, giving birth to Bridgeport. Butterfield Stage Days offers plenty of food and fun for all ages. The event takes place on the second weekend each May.

Butterfield Rodeo & Rodeo Parade
